Research on the structure optimization of distribution network in Shanghai considering reliability and economy

Power supply reliability refers to the ability of grid on continuous power supply to users. It is a comprehensive embodiment of structure, technology, equipment, and management level. The optimization of the grid structure is studied in this paper, based on the current situations and prospects of long-term. Combining with the higher and lower voltage, both economy and reliability are taking into account. The recommended power supply structure is proposed based on the reliability quantitative analysis and technical economic comparison of typical wiring, to meet the construction requirements in all kinds of power supply areas, as well as the demands for reliable electricity in the economic and social development. Here, this structure refers to abundant power supply capacity, strong grid structure, harmonious development, reliable and flexible operation, reasonable return on investment, and integrated planning.
