Cyber-physical failure detection system: Survey and implementation

Being as one of important means of enhancing production efficiency and reducing production cost, intelligent failure detection system is of great significance. However, there are shortcomings in the existing expert system such as single information flow (lack of interaction) between components, denial of dynamic allocation of workloads which defy system guarantee of real-time quality and reliability. Based on the survey of CPS related research focus, proposes a framework of machine CPS failure detection system. This framework centers on systematic issues such as heterogeneity, autonomy, real-time quality and intelligence. Finally, implementation of primary diagnosis system is implemented and analyzed.
