Applications of Design Communication Algorithm (DECAL) and Performance Evaluation Communication Algorithm (PECAL)

This paper presents the applications of the Design Communication Algorithm (DECAL) and Performance Evaluation Communication Algorithm (PECAL) which are currently being used for the design and integration of shipboard exterior communication systems and non-shipboard cosited communication systems.
