The IEEE International Workshop on Applied Measurements for Power Systems (AMPS) is the main activity promoted by TC-39 of the Instrumentation and Measurement Society (Measurements in Power Systems). In 2015 (September 23–25), the workshop reached the sixth edition, hosted again by E.ON Energy Research Center, RWTH Aachen University, Germany, with increasing numbers of submitted papers and attendees from both industry and academia.
