Study on no-load loss of amorphous alloy control transformer based on the finite element analysis

The current control transformer on the market still continues the manufacturing process of traditional power transformer, silicon steel sheet as the main magnetic material has disadvantages of low energy efficiency and their own large loss. This paper analyzes the amorphous alloy used to manufacturing performance and energy-saving advantages of control transformer by Ansoft, focusing on the analysis of the spatial distribution of magnetic field lines and loss situation in a weak alternating magnetic field, which provide scientific basis for the widely application of amorphous alloy material in the control transformer.
