A fault diagnosis method by multi sensor fusion for spacecraft control system sensors

Aiming at the problem that the sensor fault in spacecraft control system is difficult to detect and locate, this paper proposes a fault diagnosis algorithm based on multi-sensor fusion method. Firstly, the proposed method establishes the mathematical model of star sensor, earth sensor, and sun sensor. Secondly, this paper analyzes the relationship and redundant information between various sensors. Thirdly, using the principle that the inner product of two vectors should be same in different coordinate system, this paper extracts the detection characteristics and fault diagnosis rules. Through the analysis of simulation data, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
