Analysis of wireless mesh network performance under high speed mobility

Public Wi-Fi hotspots are not so prominent in India. What could be the pros and cons of having such an environment? This paper addresses such a problem and analyses the parameters. A simple approach has been followed to construct a wireless mesh networks and carry our evaluation. The results are presented from the viewpoint of a mobile node moving inside the simulated environment. The primary concerns tackled here are mobility of the node, the terrain structure and the environment conditions of the scenario.
