Energy-based robust adaptive maximum power point tracking control of wind power conversion systems

Aimed at the internal character of energy's generation, conversion and dissipation of wind power conversion systems, we study robust adaptive control problem of permanent magnet synchronous wind power conversion systems based on energy. Firstly, we establish nonlinear dynamic model in condition of parameter uncertainty and external disturbance, and transform it into Hamiltonian system model. Then, we design the state feedback controller to arrange balance point of the system to the desired operating point, and realize the refactoring of Hamiltonian function and structure matrix. Finally, we design the robust adaptive control strategy based on energy by taking advantage of the internal structural characteristics of the system, it can capture the maximum wind power when there are uncertain parameter and external disturbance. Simulation results prove effectiveness of the control strategy proposed in this paper.
