Application of Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System for Designing Square Monopole Antenna

Design and application of a very effective and convenient hybrid method based on Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) has been explained in this paper. ANFIS has been implemented to determine three design parameters of square monopole antenna. This hybrid method is much superior compared with other traditional methods in terms of number of data and time required for training. Moreover, the method is efficient enough to reduce the error percentage less than 5%. Results given by ANFIS are matched with simulated model given by IE3D and thus error percentage is calculated.
