Modelling and Performance Analysis of Various CMOS Applications Based on Recent Technologies

CMOS technology led to the phenomenal growth in semiconductor industries. CMOS chips are used in various fields of innovation and efficient technologies. In this paper different applications of CMOS has been demonstrated to know the various concepts of system on chip technology. Transistor become smaller in size, gain in glow power and cheaper so that the complex application of VLSI like High speed Image processing, high speed processor Chip, programmable Auto Focus, face detection and HDR photo illumination and smart pixel industrial work can be easily manufactured using CMOS chip which leads to the high performance. Hence, this paper is intended to discuss a various recent applications of CMOS and the designing aspect of the architecture used in an application.
