Thermoelectric power transfer standards for V- and W-band

Improved thermoelectric waveguide power standards covering the frequency range 50 GHz to 110 GHz are described. They are specially designed for primary high frequency power calibration in microcalorimeters to provide traceability with lowest uncertainty. Design, experimental results, and comparison with conventional thermistor power sensors are presented.
