Performance improvement of DFIG fed Wind Energy Conversion system using ANFIS controller

In this paper an ANFIS based Direct torque control (DTC) is proposed for doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) in Wind Energy conversion system (WECs). DTC is implemented based on unity rotor power factor to control the rotor side converter. The performance of WEC is improved by using ANFIS controller in the DTC. The proposed method is simulated using MATLAB/Simulink and it shows improved performance compared to other method.
