Plane wave scattering from a double-periodic gyrotropic layer

We obtained full-wave solution of the problem of the plane wave scattering from a double-periodic gyrotropic layer by the method of integral functionals. Using this technique it was shown that the Faraday rotation becomes extraordinary large at the frequencies of the grating-type resonances.
