Noise reduction and feature extraction of gastric magnetic fast wave

Noninvasive and effective detection methods of gastric magnetic fast wave has important significance for stomach disease diagnosis. Firstly, this paper presents time-frequency analysis with Wigner Ville, then proposed a method combined with mathematical morphology method and RLS adaptive algorithm to remove the baseline wander in gastric magnetic signal. In addition, the method of wavelet packet was introduced to filer noise which shares a similar frequency with gastric magnetic signal. Finally, the gastric magnetic fast wave was described by a strategy of combining matching pursuit(MP) algorithm and nonparametric basis function(NBF), characteristic waveform were mainly obtained by overlaying subband signals which center frequency was designed to be 1 Hz of filter banks. The experimental result indicates that this method has high accuracy.
