The influencing factors of fresh agricultural products logistics in liaoning Province based on the analytic hierarchy process

Fresh agricultural products are always weak in both rural economy development and agricultural logistics development of China. In this paper, according to the investigations of fresh agricultural products market and the practitioners in five areas of Liaoning province, we use the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the influencing factors of fresh agricultural products logistics in these five areas. The analysis shows that the infrastructure and the geographical position are the key factors. Then the application level of logistics technology and the government's policy supporting need to be improved. Meanwhile the logistics infrastructure construction of fresh agricultural products and the application of advanced logistics technology should be strengthened, the policy on fresh agricultural products logistics development should be improved and the major participants' consciousness of modern logistics should also be improved. Finally the government should focus on supporting the fresh agricultural logistics development in remote and rural areas as well.
