Intelligent distribution network in the new situation

This paper introduced the concept of Smart Distribution Grid, the background as well as the significance of developing smart grid technology, its research and development status in both domestic and abroad. It focused on the advanced distribution automation, self-healing control technology of distribution network, AMI technology, the impact of connection between distributed generation and micro-grid, and current problems related with smart distribution grid construction. The thesis pointed out that the development trend of smart distribution grid is active distribution grid, which will have a profound influence on the use of clean energy and development of China economy and society.
