Steps include: using real-coded, generate initial species by constructing chromosomes; computing fitness, testing initial species; operating genetic operators and improved selection, crossover, mutation and other operations; chaos optimization on the part of individuals; then solve the optimal solution, find the optimal configuration scheme.
