About ERP and DSS system's introduction and using prospects at small and medium-sized enterprises in Russia

In this article the possibility of use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and DSS (Decision Support System) systems by the enterprises of small and medium business in Russia is considered. It is widely known that introduction of such systems is often unprofitable from the economic point of view. The main issue discussed in this article: whether optimization of productions and management processes by use of the ERP and DSS systems is favorable to such forms of business. By means of the analysis of the modern market, relevance of use of ERP and DSS systems, offer volume in the sphere of development of systems of planning of resources and decision-making, authors have considered this question.
