Decision support system for medical prescriptions based on 4-valued logic

This paper concerns decision support system for medical prescriptions which is intended to estimate possible critical situations caused by medical prescriptions. It consists of three modules - information model maintenance, inference and reasoning. Knowledge base consists of facts and rules translated from ontology of medical terms. Logical model uses 4 values - values T, F of classical logic with additional values C (contradiction) and U (uncertainty). An experimental version of introduced system is implemented.
