Diagnostic algoritms for hierarchial fault-tolerant control systems

Models of fault-tolerant control systems for cyclic multistage processes have a hierarchical structure. Processes, stages and cycles levels are forming assessments of subsystems and devices performances. These measures are used for failure prevention and functionality restoration after the failures. Every diagnostic subsystem analyzes system state in terms of the emergence and malfunction development and makes diagnostic decisions about subsystem. Diagnostic algorithms for every subsystem comply with general approach which can be implemented for each subsystem. The outputs of the diagnostic subsystems are transmitted to the subsystems supervisor finite-state machine.
