An intelligent mathematical QCA power analysis technique in wave nature of electrons

Motion of this paper is conducted with a new approach towards the prominent approximation of QCA device power. This paper summarizes on the QCA device power computation methodology, where a novel strategy of power computing is introduced. As a main purpose of this paper, only power calculation is undertaken. In the following prospective calculations the wave nature of electrons have mostly considered, as a reason of considering Schrödinger wave equations. The proposed concept explains while the electrons are in static mode i.e. no external electric field is applied, then those are assumed as particle in nature. But in account of tunneling, the electrons are assumed as wave in nature. According to the Schrödinger wave equations the entire calculations have done intently in this paper, because of having high speed tunneling of electrons through the barrier energy. Two power equations have been derived for the sophistication of the power computation instantaneously. The final result of this paper will contribute a new power computational methodology for QCA devices.
