Message from the advisory committee chair

On behalf of the advisory committee of COOL Chips XIX, I extend greetings to each of the conference attendees. The goal of this conference is to be part of the premier conference series on microprocessor architecture and technology and software. These are exciting days for this field as innovative ideas and corresponding techniques are developed across the cyber world in many diverse areas such as artificial intelligence and Big Data.
