Information support for logistic modelling

The paper deals with model of a part of logistic chain - model railway. Model is extended by means of identifying position and movement of trains/coaches. AutoID means (RFID) generate data for further processing. Certain tasks are prepared for research of RFID interaction with moving objects - power and sensitivity of antennas subsystem, interoperation with database background, post processing and visualization. Selected tasks are modelled using computer modelling software. Both research and education usage of laboratory model is discussed.
