Miniature high resolution FMCW SAR system

This paper presents the design and realization of a miniature FMCW SAR. Firstly, the system diagram and some challenges are introduced, then an integrative antenna with high isolation between Rx and Tx are designed. To keep miniature, a hybrid DDS+PLL structure is used to generate wideband FMCW signal. To meet the requirements of real-time processing and high-speed mass data store, a signal processor is presented. Finally, the realized system is tested by the flight experiment.
