Good or Bad: Which Kind of Manager Will You Be?

There are good managers and bad managers. Take a look around and make an assessment: Who, in your opinion, would make a good manager? Ask yourself why you consider them to be good. What are their characteristics relative to intrapersonal skills, level of control, methods of management, or team leading, and the resultant overall accomplishment? How do they function compared to others? See if you can rate them as "excellent" or "good," or do they fall into the "so-so," "poor," or "bad" category? What are the identifiable qualities that produce your assessment? While there may be additional characteristics to help identify both good and bad managers, the following lists may prompt some discussion.
