The evolution of e-Government in Ecuador

Ecuador has given a technological leapfrogging since 2007, breaking through knowledge, age, digital and geographic gaps, giving access to citizens by establishing enablers towards to Good Living. The objective of this presentation is to communicate Ecuador's experience in the electronic government implementation process, based on three strategic elements: people, process and technology; analyzing the main aspects on which it has been developed, time-line evolution, actual status and future perspective.
