Successful DNA data structure to analyze bioinformatics

Bioinformatics is an interdisciplinary academic field that analyzes biological data using modern techniques. However, there are several drawbacks that can threaten the credibility of analyses using bioinformatics because of the massive quantity of data. So, in this paper, we suggested a new DNA sequence data-compressing method called “Binaling”. We effectively compressed DNA sequence data using the chemical similarity between the third base of codons which designates same amino acid. We proved the bit compressibility of data and the integrity of “Binaling” by conducting two experiments using sequence data of viruses. This method has its originality of utilizing biological knowledge, not computer science. “Binaling” can help biologists analyze and research DNA sequence data more efficiently and quickly.
