The frequency planning method based on combination genetic algorithm

This article proposes to use an expert system and genetic algorithm to overcome the obstacle of tedious frequency planning and the high demand of the electronic map. This can give a more precise frequency planning scheme using expert experience knowledge and a genetic algorithm even in the void of the electronic map.
