Degradation surveillance module for optical transport networks

We propose a system offering a common-equipment to detect several types of degradations helping a cost-effective and pro-active maintenance strategy in optical fibre networks. The principle of the described system is to sound both the power and frequency quality of the optical signals in a per link and per band basis.
