Experimental study on reflection phase rotation of cavity-resonator-integrated guided-mode resonance filter

Filters consisting of grating couplers in waveguide cavities were fabricated with different guiding-core thickness, and their reflection phases were measured. It was found that the reflection phase variation depended on the thickness.
