Robust fault tolerant control for T-S fuzzy system with unmeasurable premise variables: LMI approach

This paper addresses the problem of robust fault tolerant control (FTC) for Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy nonlinear systems with unmeasurable premise variables. A fuzzy-augmented descriptor observer design is proposed to achieve a simultaneous estimation of the system states and of the occurring sensor faults.
