Operating characteristics of an active chilled beam terminal unit under variable air volume mode

Inappropriate understanding operating characteristics of active chilled beam systems is a critical barrier that stands in the way of the success. Taking a 2-way discharge active chilled beam terminal unit as an example, this paper reveals its operating characteristics unit under variable air volume mode. Based on an experimentally verified model, a series of realistic simulations are carried out.
