Service Systems Development Based on a Knowledge Synthesis Methodology

This paper presents an approach to service systems development based on the theory of knowledge construction systems, emphasizing service value co-creation between providers and users. As a concrete example of this approach, this paper introduces a social experiment of developing a community health care system, which requires not only information management but also knowledge management for the success.
