Test: Wisdom from the giants, visions for the future - Part 1 [ITC Plenary Panel]

Part 1 features the speakers of the "Wisdom from the Giants" plenary session held at the 2014 International Test Week. These 'giants' offer their views of how ATE has changed over the years. Part 2, which will appear in the next issue of IEEE Design & Test, will feature responses to questions from the audience.
