Measurement Of Secondary Electron Emission Coefficient From MgO Protecting Layer

MgO protecting layer [1,2] in AC plasma display panel (PDP) has important role in lowering the firing voltage due to a high secondary electron emission ratio. It is of great importance to design and develop the compact device to investigate the secondary electron emission coefficient (λ) of MgO protecting layer in AC plasma display panel along with measurement of λ of MgO layer with this device.
