Model characterization and automatic parameters testing of high frequency transformers

This paper proposed a fast and precise automatic transformer electrical characteristic measurement system which based on the S parameters measurement methods and using the Labview constructed testing system. The validity of the experiments and parameters identification is further verified by using both mathematical model and simulation software verification.
