Fully Automatic Wiggler-field Test And Correction

The pulsed-wire field measuring technique has been integrated with a series of field-correcting dipole coils using computer control. The combined system performs a rapid, on-line measurement of field errors in FEL wiggler magnets and makes an automatic correction.
