Compact integrated InP-based add-drop multiplexer

A 4-channel integrated add-drop multiplexer on InP-substrate is realised. Total on chip-loss is less than 10.7 dB for the pass-function and less than 6.7 dB for both the add and drop function. Crosstalk values are lower than -20 dB.
