Structure assignment of right invertible implicit systems through nonregular static state feedback

Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution to the problem of assigning the structure of a right invertitile system through nonregular static state feedback are obtained. In addition, three results of interest in system control and design are obtained as corollaries.
