A graphical condition for feedback decoupling of structured systems with delays

In this paper, ring models of linear systems with delays are considered. We give a simple graph representation for linear structured systems with delays. The structural row by row decoupling problem without prediction of such systems is then studied and a graphical necessary condition for this problem is derived.
