. In this paper we consider the results of experimental studies of spectral and energy characteristics of space charge bunches in intense nonlaminar (turbulent) electron beams. It is shown that the presence of spread of electron velocities in the drift space is the cause of the formation of internal distributed electronic feedback. These internal distributed electronic feedback is a necessary condition for the existence of generation. Impact of an inhomogeneous magnetic field, the decelerating electric field on the multispeed electron beams leads to increasing the turbulence in multispeed electron beams.
