Microwave multimeter for high level power control

Summary form only given, as follows. This report is devoted to the problem of designing and constructing built-in multiprobe analyzers of microwave signals and filter parameters. The authors consider the structure of a universal passing power sensor, based on the absorbing wall principle, used for high level passing power measurements.
