Temperature dependent graphene channel - SPICE implementation

The paper proposes a SPICE compatible model of a dual-gate bilayer graphene field effect transistor (FET) that models the channel's dependence to temperature. The model ensures Jacobian continuity across the various regions of operation for efficient implementation in the Berkeley SPICE simulator. Using a validated transistor, the developed graphene FET library is used to design both a voltage amplifier and a frequency doubler circuit. The model has been validated against published experimental data and shows a good agreement.
