Broadband measurement of the reflective properties of natural and artificial radiomaterials

The paper describes the experimental device for measuring the electrical properties of the radio materials in a wide band of frequency. New method for processing results with the time-frequency signal filtering was obtained. The measurement results for the set-web space reflector antennas.
