Analytical relations for calculation of basic operational characteristics of new construction shortwave magnetron

A modification of magnetron with a larger area of the cathode proposed. The Approximate analytical model of short-wave magnetron develop. It is shown that the proposed modification can increase the output power of the magnetron cathode and to facilitate cooling, which is particularly important in the millimeter-wave magnetrons and short-wave end of centimeter-wave magnetrons.
