Through the related check about Chongqing's house price, we learned that the price trend of Chongqing is stable, and then we predict the future house price. Through empirical research of annuity payments, we can get the information that those elderly who involved in reverse mortgage can get each month. It can increase participation of elderly disposable income and establish guidance of consumption which can be expected and effectively improve the quality of life of elderly. At last, put forward recommendations of reverse mortgages in Chongqing.
