Complexity analysis of a photonic integrated chaotic laser and related nonlinear laser systems

High resolution complexity mapping of the time varying output power from a photonic integrated circuit, and related nonlinear laser systems, is demonstrated as a best practice approach to characterize integrated lasers suitable for secure communications.
