Conductive power transmission for implantable devices

In this paper, we propose a conductive power transmission enabling simultaneous power transmission and data communication through the human body. A power efficiency was measured as changing the thickness of beef which has similar components and resistance to the human body. In addition, the data communication speed and bit error rate (BER) were measured to monitor communication quality. Experimental results showed that the maximum efficiency of power transmission according to the beef channel's thickness was 92% and that BER of the data communication was 10
