A method of adjusting measurements of external grid based on Predictor-Corrector algorithm

In practice, SCADA system of each control center samples to complete periodic state estimation calculation. But each control center's data acquisition time is inconsistent. Measurement sections provided by different subsystems have time difference, during the integrated calculation and analysis of whole grid. The time difference of measurements acquisition among control centers brings estimation error of external grid affecting accuracy of state estimation. To address this problem, this paper proposes a Predictor — Corrector algorithm. The algorithm uses the feather that the same measuring point in overlap region owns different values to predict the measurement acquisition time difference between the subsystems which starts the distributed calculation and other subsystems. Then corrects the measurements of external grid based on predicted time difference and the measurements changing curves of external grid to ensure all measurements are in the same time. This paper uses the data of Mengxi Power Grid to validate the algorithm.
