Discussion for Strictly Alpha-Diagonally Dominant Matrices and Its Application

In this paper, the concepts of-diagonally dominant matrices are introduced and an equivalent representation for strictly-diagonally dominant matrices is given. As its application, some new practical criteria for nonsingular H-matrices are obtained. The result effectiveness is illustrated by numerical examples.
